You are invited to join us, Tania Meacher & Meghan Field as we host this restorative women’s weekend retreat for the second year running, that will help you find a sense of balance. A chance to pause, reflect and connect back to the fullest essence of you.
Held at the Rainbow Spiritual Lodge, set in the breathtaking Serra da Estrela Natural Park, Portugal, surrounded by stunning mountains and witness amazing sunsets, and awesome night skies (with no light pollution).
Rewilding is not simply about connecting with nature. It’s about tapping into the full spectrum of your own human nature and accessing the deep, sacred feminine power that you hold within. Rewilding is to return, a reclaiming of who you really are.
We live in a world that does not recognise the ebb and flow of women’s energies throughout her monthly cycle. We’re expected to be the same, day in, day out, when simply said, we are not. It’s time to reclaim this sacred knowledge as a powerful gateway to our feminine power. The woman of today has been separated from her wild self. She is no longer connected to her instinctive essence and doesn’t recognise her own strength, freedom, and value.
One of the best ways to re-wild the feminine is to connect to our inner seasons. The menstrual cycle is a vital and vitalising system in the female body, and many of us are limited and distorted in our respect and understanding of this process. Few women know their cycle’s physiology, and many do not see it as an integral part of their health and well-being, let alone as a potential guide to emotional and spiritual empowerment. Now is the time to embrace the female life process of menarche, the menstrual cycle, menopause and the mature years, uniting womb, head, and heart.
The weekend will also involve regular movement using Qoya, which is a movement system based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember how to trust the truth in our body as our sacred guide to embody our soul and live a life aligned with our truth by following our intuition. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also draws reference to the movement from that we practice.

Our Retreat Venue
Rainbow Spiritual Lodge
Andrea is the guardian of the land at Rainbow Spiritual Retreat. It’s full of rock people and quartz and natural springs.
The area itself offers the most amazing sunsets and spectacular star gazing due to no light pollution.
You can experience off-grid living with electricity and hot water from the solar system and spring water directly from the mountains.
Life at Rainbow Lodge is down to earth. Here they relish the simplicity, seclusion and pure air.
The accommodation supports your connection to nature. You can stay in one of the yurts or tipis nestled within the farmland.
Hopefully, by September 2020 there will additional self-contained accommodation on the land. We will keep you updated, with an option to upgrade.
There is an option of shared or solo accommodation from Friday evening through to Monday morning. If you wish to check what is available before booking, please contact Andrea. There is a reduction in price for those wishing to share. Full board vegetarian catering is also included in the price, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Please advise us of any additional dietary requirements.
The lodge is also home to ducks, chickens, goats, Shaun & Sally the sheep and Geri the pot-bellied pig.
There is also a small allotment and where possible home harvested produce is used in the preparation of all meals provided.

Getting There – Transport
Airport
Porto is the best airport to travel to for the Retreat. We are around 2.5 hours from Porto airport. EasyJet or Tap Portugal offers the best flights to Porto from Gatwick. Tap usually have more civilised flight times!
Transfers
A fixed time transfer is being offered from Porto airport for all morning flights arriving on Friday and departing on Monday. Please get in touch should you wish to know the times.
Alternative options to get to Rainbow Lodge
Rede expressos are the best site to use for booking your coach ticket, Porto to Celerico da Beira which costs around 12 Euros. There are also cheap, comfortable coaches from Lisbon to Celerico da Beira.
Collection can be arranged from the Coach station in Celerico da Beira, with Andrea. Car hire is readily available from Porto Airport.

As part of your package, once you have enrolled, you will have access to a private, closed Facebook Group forum for women that have attended the retreat, giving you a direct link to continue the strong sisterhood foundation bonds you will make. As well as follow up supports and practices to support you on your journey once home.
Exclusivity
Due to the powerful nature of this work we cover throughout the weekend, this retreat is only open to 12 women. Keeping the numbers intimate allows for our group to journey deeper and more powerfully together and make stronger connections.
